Brilliant family adventure!

We had a blast with our family of 7! The staff were super friendly and the food was delish. The kids loved the game room, and we booked the pool slots with zero hassle. It’s a bit dated, but the cleanliness made up for it. The bar/lounge area was nice for evening hangs too!

The building impresses visually with its attractive façade and stately staircase. Spacious pool area with warm water and a handy bar nearby makes for a nice touch, especially for families.

Finding one electric socket in a seaview room is a bit awkward, especially for those with multiple devices. The sauna felt cramped, and this might not suit everyone’s comfort levels. Limited evening dining options can leave you feeling rushed if you arrive later, as not everything gets replenished. Bright idea moving the service lift, but it’s not a permanent fix when the regular lift is out of service.

The food offered included fresh-baked scones, which were a delightful treat. the Standard Twin Room felt cramped with a view of a wall, contributing to a disheartening atmosphere. The small television made it uncomfortable for a 77-year-old guest to watch from bed, further diminishing the experience. Staff were friendly, but the room's inadequacies overshadowed what should have been an enjoyable stay.

Had an amazing time with friends! We enjoyed the Leisure Club with its top-notch weights equipment and even participated in the kids' club activities. The evening entertainment was lively with great acts. The place had a chill vibe, perfect if you want to relax or join the fun.

One downside was the dated bathrooms. They could use some updates as the space was quite cramped.

I truly appreciated the elegant decor of Cliffs Hotel, which added a charming touch to our stay. The accessible tram stop right outside made getting around town easy, perfect for enjoying Blackpool with my family.

We once had this very nice waiter who always tended to us promptly and made us feel valued. The food was nothing short of fantastic each evening we dined there, it was a fine dining experience without the fuss.

It wasn't exactly inexpensive but still reasonable for the quality we received.
